Full-Time Planner
As your full-service wedding planner, I assist you in organizing every aspect of your wedding or weekend of celebrations. We assist with event planning, budget creation (and adherence), timeline management, vendor recommendations, hiring event design assistance, and site tours, and that's only the start. Your guest list, invitations, RSVPs, day-of schedules, floor plans, and on-site management will all be handled for you by full-service planners. In essence, we're here to relieve the pressure of your special day so you can concentrate on what matters: embracing peace and joy on your wedding day.
Part-Time Planner
As your part-time wedding planner, I will provide you with the same degree of expertise as full-time planners, but just for the components of your choice. As we have taken the time to build strong connections with vendors, we can give you a list of trustworthy professionals to work with. We Also Will Work Collaboratively with the Celebrant to Ensure Their Vision Comes to Life
Destination Wedding Planner
As your destination wedding planner, we can help you scout the perfect location, wedding venue, and vendors; support your guests with travel and accommodations; design trip itineraries; and navigate cultural differences, laws, and regulations (say, you want an over-the-top celebration anywhere in the world or a luxurious wedding weekend in Hawaii). Month-Of Coordinator or Day-Of Coordinator
As your month-of wedding coordinators, we will work closely with the celebrant closer to the wedding day (anywhere from four to eight weeks out). We will go over the final vendor contracts, finalize the Day-of Requirements (Last-minute Particulars, Payments, Shipping), and carry out the Final Walk-through. Finalize your wedding day timeline. Organize your floor plans and guest list. Collaborate with your Vendor Team, and Plan the Wedding Rehearsal and Wedding Day
